Le Birlou Apple and Chestnut Liqueur: The fresh, sweet apple in this sumptuous aperitif combines perfectly with the earthy chestnut. In addition to being enjoyed on ice, it's used as an addition to beer and cocktails, as well as a unique addition to chicken or sweets such as crepes and sorbet.
Prohibition Christmas Gin: Crafted from a blend of Australian dry gin with with macerated cherries, figs, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and gentle star anise, with some extra botanicals to add softness and spice. It's sweet and spicy, with a cut through of citrus and juniper. Great over ice, enhancing its liqueur characteristics or in your favourite Christmas Cocktail.
The Craft and Co. Gingerbread Gin: This unique, unfiltered gin retains all the warmth from the macerated ginger root, smashed nutmeg, cinnamon and tonka beans. Try it neat on ice, with soda, ginger beer or blood orange soda.
