It's appreciated for it's wide spectrum; from its' steely fresh and mineral notes to being indulgent and rich. Fiano is an age-worthy Southern Italian white wine, that is gaining recognition and popularity among Australian vineyards and drinkers alike. Its' complexity and distinctive texture works well with a variety of dishes, from light fresh seafood, to richer shellfish, poultry as well as red meat.

Puglia’s diverse landscape is blessed with warm climate and fertile soil producing fruit-forward, full-bodied, ripe wines. The cooling Mediterranean breezes help to moderate the warm temperatures, allowing the vineyards to thrive in Puglia. Negroamaro, Primitivo and Bombino Nero are the top red varieties making super fruity easy drinking wines.
