Be among the first in Australia to taste this unique line-up of small production Champagne. This rare evening shines the spotlight on a new generation of Grower Champagne producers, who's organic and/or biodynamic practices help to encapsulate all the subtleties of their unique terroir.
Christian Baeppler, head sommelier of Perth's Rockpool (and Champagne Enthusiast), is returning to the Loft to present his chosen selection, which he curated with Eurocentric especially for this evening.
The line-up includes 2 champagnes that have not yet been released in Australia, paired with Japanese sushi and tempura.

- NV Gaspard Brochet ‘Lion’ Blanc de Noir (Pinot Noir) Extra-Brut Écueil, Montagne de Reims (*First tasting in Australia)
